CE-1 Provider Application Form – Alabama Board of Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractors

Each provider shall submit form CE-1, along with the appropriate fees, to the Board at least 20 days prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. To qualify as an approved continuing education provider all requirements outlined in the procedures and guidelines section of the provider application (CE-1) must be met.
